Will there be other video courses? Yes, we are currently in pre-production for a video series on how to break into the Post-Production world and then a series of shorter courses on the different departments that make up a film crew.

Technical Issues All videos are hosted on Vimeo. If there are any issues with video loading, buffering or playback, Vimeo.com is there to help at Vimeo’s Help Center.

Subscriptions Can I download the lessons?

This is a subscription streaming service only. No downloading available.

All Subscriptions start on the date of purchase. We grant you a Full Series Subscription with 180-day access (approximately six [6] months) from the date of payment to “How To Become a Successful Production Assistant.”

Access to Subscriptions is granted except when we must disable the website or courses because of legal or policy reasons. We reserve the right to revoke any Subscription at any point in time in the event we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons. 

Refunds No refunds after one week. No refunds if the content was viewed over 30%.
